Some Additional Information you will want to note:

If you would like to make an inquiry about our Asbury Park Pro Invitational on September 9th you can contact us at JSVBA@aol.com. When you inquire about competing in this event you will need to include your name and your partner's name and your beach volleyball resumes. Then we will place you on the list of potential participants.

A few things you will probably want to know.

It is planned as a one day event. We will be starting promptly at 8:30 AM for those teams scheduled at the beginning of the day. We will be starting matches with minimal warm-up before and between matches.

We will be taking the "best" 16 teams that apply for positions in the tournament. That determination is solely based upon the tournament director's discretion and may be based on a combination of considerations in addition to previous results, such as sponsor obligations, reputation, celebrity status, newsworthiness, etc.

We will not be publishing a list of teams that have asked to play before we make the final decision on who has been invited as we do not want to embarrass any teams that we decline to invite.

We will not be making the final decision on who has been accepted into the event until the Tuesday evening (September 5th) of the week prior to the event. We may choose to close the inquiry process before that time and publish the list of participants earlier than September 5th. If you wish to participate, the quicker you inform us of your desire to play may increase your chances of being invited.

If you are accepted you will be able to either check the list of accepted teams on the website after 9 PM on Tuesday evening (September 5th) or call us at (732) 714-9963 and listen to the recorded message on our answering machine.

And we'll see you on the beach,

A Testimonial Email we received  in 2005
Thank you once again Michael for your support and follow up. As I mentioned to you last tournie, your tournaments are the best in my book due to the great organization, the food and above all it seems like you actually care about how the players are doing. THAT is great customer service and that will win you repeat business every time. I hope to see more tournaments scheduled for next year. I plan on being at every one.
